POWERED QUICK-RELEASE SYSTEM

Remove your Big Eddy’s in seconds with the integrated powered quick-release system. The electrical connection is built directly into the quick-release base, so power connects automatically when the whip is installed and disconnects when the whip is removed.

No separate power plug to connect or disconnect. Simply lock the whip into the base and you’re ready to ride — then quickly remove it when it’s time to transport, store, or secure your machine.

INTEGRATED BRAKE + TURN SIGNAL FUNCTIONALITY

Big Eddy’s integrates directly with your vehicle’s brake and turn signals for added visibility on the trail. Activate a turn signal and the whips respond with an amber signal; apply the brakes and the integrated brake-light function activates automatically. When the signal ends, the whips return to your selected lighting mode.

Think before you buy.

We recently purchased a pair of whip lights and paid extra for faster delivery... that was a joke... took a week to get to NV. We also paid for two light switches and they only shipped one. 5150 might be more expensive but think before you buy.

Update.... Whip lights said they would try to make things right, and also apologized. Well ..shopper's... they did both. They are shipping out the second switch and refunding the upgraded shipping. Therefore I will be changing my review from a two to a 5..... they did the right thing so I believe you can shop there without fear.
Thank you Whiplights, my faith has been restored.

Big Eddy’s uses our 3-pin lighting system, allowing compatible 3-pin Whip It rock lights and LED whips to operate from the same controller.

WIRING & SAFETY GUIDELINES

POWER CONNECTION

Big Eddy’s must be connected to a switched 12V power source so power to the controller is shut off when the vehicle is not in use. Our Rocker Switch + Plug-In Power Harness is recommended for a simple, clean installation and is sold separately.

BRAKE & TURN SIGNAL INTEGRATION

Big Eddy’s includes integrated brake and turn-signal functionality for vehicles equipped with compatible brake and turn-signal circuits.

Red Wire — Hot / 12V Power
Black Wire — Ground
Green Wire — Turn Signal
Yellow Wire — Turn Signal
White Wire — Brake Light

Connect the green and yellow trigger wires to the corresponding positive left and right turn-signal circuits on the vehicle. When a turn signal is activated, the corresponding whip flashes amber for increased visibility.

Connect the white brake-light wire to the vehicle’s positive brake-light circuit. When the brakes are applied, the whips activate the brake-light function.

Always verify left/right turn-signal connections and follow the included wiring diagram before completing installation.
